We have a huge list of items and services that are included to ensure your day is perfect.

  • Bespoke Top Table

    Our bespoke top table, set in The Forest Room, seating up to 8 guests along with your choice of chair. Our impressive and grand driftwood throne style chairs add rustic splendour to the top table.

  • Ceremony Location

    The choice of 5 indoor/outdoor ceremony areas with the option to choose nearer the time, weather permitting.

  • The Grounds

    A vast outdoor space with picturesque pond, cheeky alpacas and meadows, the perfect space for outdoor lawn games and wedding photos. Including rustic swings!

  • Cake Table

    Rustic wooden table to be used for wedding cake display, dessert table or sweetie table.

  • The Oaks Bar

    The double sided fully licensed bar.

  • Exclusivity

    Exclusive use of The Oaks. We don’t have multiple events in a day. The venue and the rear grounds are yours.

  • Post Pox

    Rustic black antique wedding post box for your guests to post cards within.

  • Decor

    All chairs, outdoor sofa, cushions, blankets, atmospheric twinkly fairy lights and green foliage walls scattered throughout the venue. All décor placed around the building, glassware, crockery, plates.

  • Log Burner

    Large feature log burner, attended to by The Oaks staff throughout your wedding day.

  • Display Easel

    Rustic display easel to place your own sign upon.

  • Itinerary Run Through Meeting

    One month prior to your wedding day. This gives both our couples and The Oaks team the perfect opportunity to do a complete run through of your day/timings/suppliers and gather all information needed to ensure your day is perfection.

  • Payment Plan

    The Oaks team will create a clear and manageable payment plan. Breaking your total amount into smaller sums is a very popular option. The full amount to be paid 4 weeks before your wedding date.

  • Reception Table

    Large rustic table in reception area to place welcome signs, guest book, confetti upon.

  • Event Manager

    A dedicated event manager and wedding planner/coordinator to help create your perfect day.

Want to add a touch of magic to your day? From unique seasonal arches to the bridal boutique room, our extra options will make your day even more special.

The Bridal Boutique room.

Start the day by creating those all-important special memories. Bring your Bridal party to enjoy getting ready in our tranquil Bridal Boutique Room set in beautiful surroundings. Pampering yourself along with your special friends and family.

The Bridal Boutique Room offers:

  • A rustic and photographic surrounding

  • Hair and makeup stations

  • Hooks to hang those special outfits and THE dress!

  • Changing area

  • Mirrors with lights and plenty of plug sockets complete with USB charging points

  • Comfortable seating to relax and take in the day

  • Snug area for the bride-to-be to make an entrance, ready to be escorted to the ceremony

The room will be exclusively yours from 8:00am – 5:00pm on your wedding day £300.00 plus £100.00 (refundable deposit). Complimentary tea, coffee and fruit juice will be available up to your wedding ceremony.

Our in-house catering company can also provide fresh pastries, croissants and a full cooked breakfast if required at an additional cost.

Seasonal Arches.

It’s no secret that we love utilising what’s available within our own grounds here at the farm, from using trees as timber to upcycling cable drums as rustic tables for your wedding guests to be seated around.

We are so lucky to be surrounded by 25 acres of nature, changing in colour and continually evolving as the seasons come and go. This gives us the unique ability to offer a seasonal archway to our couples, individual in every way as each event will have a slightly different bloom in season depending on the time of the year.

Lanterns & Candles.

The beauty and uniqueness of our upcycled cable drum tables speak for themselves. If you are looking to add minimal décor touches here and there, why not add our lanterns and candles. Take the stress out of sourcing these items elsewhere and have our team do the work for you. Used as centre pieces, decoration around the room and (weather permitting) displayed around the main entrance double doors, our wicker style lanterns, and silver tone metal carriage lanterns add a special touch to the barn.
